Selection night feed this Thursday: carbonara da l’Orso

This Thursday night we are in for a treat.

Chris Forster, aka “Bear” — a former chef for 10 years — is cooking his carbonara recipe — carbonara da l’Orso — for the club this Thursday night, October 27.

So far this season we’ve had Boundi’s spaghetti bolognese and Phil Turner’s Mongolian Beef.


Training: from 6pm to 7.45pm

Round 3 Teams announced: 8.15pm

Chris Forster’s carbonara da l’Orso: served from 8pm, about $5 per plate.
