The Teams: Round 7

December 14, 2012 No Comments

Milestones, more milestones and even more milestones as Elwood Cricket Club enters Round 7, the final fixture before the Christmas break. And they are some pretty impressive Elwood careers we are celebrating this week:

  • 300 games — Peter Tsiampas (a.k.a “Shimma”, a.k.a “Bush”)
  • 100 games — Jackson Bunting
  • 50 games — Rob De Haan
  • 50 games — Rick Yeatman

Congratulations to all the boys, especially our beloved “Shimma”, who has scored 11 hundreds — the most for the club.

And a congratulations also to Steve Kingi for making his Longmuir debut this week. Well done, mate!
